Privacy Policy
This prelaunch privacy notice describes information handled by the DBD website, WooCommerce and the support features currently in use. The merchant must approve final controller identity, retention periods, international transfers and jurisdiction-specific disclosures before paid transactions begin.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact customer care, you may send your name, email address, optional telephone number, order or tracking reference and message. The support form routes these details through WordPress email to the configured support inbox or the site’s administrator. The support plugin does not create a separate customer-message database.
Account and checkout information
If account registration and checkout are enabled, WooCommerce can process the details required to administer an order, including customer name, contact information, shipping and billing addresses, products selected, payment and order statuses. Payment card or blockchain information, when applicable, is handled according to the gateway configured at that time. No payment gateway is currently confirmed for real-money checkout.
Collection preferences and sharing
The Collection Studio can remember choices in local browser storage. Creating and restoring a collection link may involve storing a selection snapshot for a limited period on the website. Do not include sensitive personal details in shareable collection links.
Cookies and analytics
WordPress and WooCommerce can use cookies or similar storage for account sessions, carts and site preferences. Optional analytics and marketing technology may be subject to your choices where available. You can review the site’s consent settings through Cookie Preferences and manage cookies in your browser.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to requests, administer the website, provide order or delivery services when enabled, troubleshoot errors and reduce abuse or fraud. Sending a support request does not by itself sign you up for marketing messages.
Service providers and disclosures
Website hosting, email delivery, commerce services, payment providers and shipping partners may process information when those services are configured. The operator must identify actual providers and any international data transfers in the final merchant-approved notice.
Retention and your choices
Data may be kept as needed to respond to requests, perform contracted services, secure the website and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Specific retention periods must be confirmed by the operator. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or other controls over your information.
Privacy contact
To ask about information associated with your request or to make a privacy inquiry, use Contact & Support and select the appropriate message type. Never include passwords, payment credentials or wallet seed phrases in a support message.
Operator details pending
Client approval required: add the legal data controller name, business address, direct privacy contact, vendor/subprocessor list, verified retention schedule and regional rights/disclosure details before accepting live orders.
