Prelaunch information. This page explains how the DBD website currently works. Merchant-specific legal terms, registered business details, and country-specific obligations require the store operator’s review before paid orders are enabled.
About the service
DialByDay Collections provides a website and Collection Studio for exploring watches and building presentation-box collections. The Studio may include illustrative models or unavailable products. A saved collection or submitted inquiry is not an order or stock reservation.
Products, descriptions and eligibility
Only products confirmed as purchasable and in stock in the store’s WooCommerce catalog can be ordered. Product names, imagery and specifications should be read alongside the exact product listing at the time of checkout. Illustrative or reference models are not promises of a genuine branded item, certified movement, material or warranty.
Prices, currency and orders
Studio prices are displayed in USD. A customer should confirm the selected products, box, applicable shipping and tax charges, and final total at the official WooCommerce checkout. An order exists only after the checkout system accepts and confirms it. The available payment options, if any, are those presented by the store at checkout. Never send funds to an address supplied outside the verified store checkout.
Shipping and delivery
Destinations, carriers, costs, taxes or duties and delivery estimates depend on the shipping options configured for the order and destination. See Shipping & Delivery. Promotional timing references are illustrative until the merchant publishes confirmed fulfillment commitments.
Cancellation, returns and warranties
See Shipping & Returns and contact Customer Care with an order reference. Statutory consumer rights may apply based on location and circumstances. This website page does not remove those rights.
Website and content use
Images, brand marks, product descriptions and site interface elements may have separate rights holders. Do not reproduce or misuse the site’s content without authorization. Do not interfere with site operation, submit fraudulent order details, or misuse other customers’ accounts.

Site information may change as the client configures the real catalog and shipping/payment services. To ask about a collection, a service request or these terms, use Contact & Support.
Merchant details and legal review
Client action required before paid commerce: identify the legal selling entity and address, the governing and mandatory consumer-law provisions, exact order-formation and payment terms, approved returns/warranty conditions and relevant jurisdictional dispute procedures. Until those details are approved, this page is prelaunch guidance rather than final merchant-specific purchase terms.
